Financial Information

The Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority operates and reports its financial information using the fiscal year October 1 through September 30. Annual Financial Reports are filed with the Florida Department of Financial Services and may be accessed via https://logerx.myfloridacfo.gov/LogerX/SubmittedReports

The Authority furnishes certain financial and statistical data to the Federal Aviation Administration. This data may be accessed via https://cats.airports.faa.gov/

In addition, the financial statement of the Authority and its Pension Trust Fund, prepared in accordance with generally accepted government accounting standards, are audited annually by an independent certified public accounting firm.  The audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, the auditors’ report on those financial statements, as well as other required supplemental information and reporting may be viewed here.

The Authority has retained an Independent Registered Municipal Advisor (IRMA) to provide financial advice on municipal securities and related matters, in accordance with applicable regulations. The Authority’s IRMA Letter can be found here.
