Carina Renault Bio

Carina Renault is a seasoned Executive Assistant with more than 28 years of experience supporting Presidents, CEOs, Chairmen, and C-suite executives across Fortune 500, global, and public-sector organizations.

She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of the Sarasota-Manatee Airport Authority (SRQ), supporting executive operations and board governance. Her responsibilities include managing complex executive schedules, coordinating board and committee activities, and supporting executive priorities in a complex, highly regulated setting.

Prior to joining SRQ, Carina spent several years at Mattel, supporting senior leadership including the Chairman & CEO, President, COO, and Chief Brand Officer. Earlier in her career, she held executive assistant roles with Hilton, and with Unilever and Philips in Europe, working closely with boards and executive leadership in multinational organizations.

Known for her discretion, operational excellence, and calm under pressure, Carina is highly skilled in executive communications, governance support, complex calendar and travel management, and the flawless execution of high-stakes meetings and events.

Carina is multilingual, fluent in English, Swedish, and Norwegian, with a working understanding of Danish, Icelandic, and German, and brings a strong global perspective to every role she supports.
