On-Demand Eco-friendly Sedans, Luxury Sedans, and SUVs are available just outside the baggage claim area on the west end of the terminal. SRQ’s select on-demand transportation is provided by ALD Limo and is available for all arriving flights. A uniformed starter will connect you with a luxury vehicle of your choice, provide you with a fixed rate, based on your destination, load your luggage, and get you on your way. Transportation Network Companies (TNC’s)

You may request a ride with Uber and Lyft by connecting to their rideshare app.  Follow the instructions in the app about where to meet your driver. You can also look for signs that point to the designated pickup zone, which is located at the far west end of the ticket wing in the Ground Transportation area.  More information can be found on their websites at:

Public Transit

Public transit services are available in the Ground Transportation area located at the west end of the baggage claim area. Buses from both Manatee and Sarasota counties make regular stops to downtown Sarasota and downtown Bradenton . You may contact the transit companies directly for schedule and fare information.

Can I use a taxi or limo service other than ALD Limo?
Yes, but you must call ahead and arrange for pick-up in the second lane of the Ground Transportation queuing area. A taxi starter will be available near the exit door to the Ground Transportation area to assist you. Several local hotels are available by direct line at the Reservation Center located in baggage claim. Other local hotels offer prearranged shuttle service. The courtesy shuttles may meet you in the ground transportation queuing area. Bus schedules are available under the SCAT ad in the baggage wing just past the rental car counters, at the information booth near the down escalator, and the information booth on the second level, as well as posted in the bus shelter in the ground transportation queuing area. What if no vehicles for hire are available when I arrive?

A starter will be available near the exit door to the Ground Transportation area to assist you.  You may also pick up an airport courtesy phone located near the exit doors for assistance.
