The Sarasota Manatee Airport Police Department is responsible for the application and administration of the Lost and Found program at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and it is managed in accordance with Florida Statutes.
Items found in public areas of the airport are held for 30 days. They are available for release during normal business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) Monday thru Friday. To claim a lost item, the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority Police requires proof that you are the legitimate owner. Depending on the item and its value, additional proof may be required. If you have questions, please contact our Lost & Found Coordinator at 941-359-2770 (ext. 4256).
For items left on an airplane, in a rental car or at the security checkpoint, you must contact those businesses directly. Below you’ll find a list of other lost and found contacts at SRQ. These companies are separate from the Airport’s Lost and Found program.
