Lionel has been at SRQ for over 32 years and was first hired as intern for the Noise Abatement Office. Lionel then became the Noise Abatement Officer and held that title for six years until he moved over to Airport Operations where he progressed from Operations Officer to his current position in charge of Airport Operations, Police and Fire departments. Lionel has an A.S. Degree in Computer Science, and A.S. in Aviation Technology, and a B.S. in Aviation Technology from Everglades University. Lionel also holds a Commercial Pilot’s License with Instrument and Multi-Engine Ratings.
