Ray Anderson is a licensed and experienced commercial attorney with over 30 years of executive level experience at some of our nation's busiest and fastest growing commercial service airports, including Los Angeles, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. Ray is a prior Accredited Airport Executive, with the American Associate of Airport Executives, and has substantial experience working with FAA administrators, state cabinet officers, and local elected officials on a host of public-private partnership economic development projects including air, truck, rail and intermodal terminals and logistics. Ray is also a licensed and experienced commercial real estate broker with significant Fortune 100 transaction experience.

Ray received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with highest honors and is a self-directed student of public policy and economics. Ray joined the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority in 2021 and currently serves as the Authority’s in-house legal counsel
