Companies wishing to conduct Commercial Activities, such as aircraft maintenance, flight training, ground handling, etc. must submit an Annual Operating Permit application.

Looking for commercial real estate opportunities?

The Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority has a variety of commercial real estate opportunities that meet both immediate as well as future corporate needs. Land leases, facility leases and build-to-suits are available for both aviation and non-aviation related uses, both on and off the airport supporting either airport operations or the general public at SRQ.

Fixed Base Operators also have aviation use land that may be available for sublease. Persons seeking to perform or conduct Aeronautical Activities at SRQ must adhere to the Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Activities.
