President's Message

Welcome to the new Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) Website. The staff at SRQ is continuously trying to find ways to improve the customer experience, whether traveling to and from, or just visiting the airport. There are many convenient and free services at SRQ.  There are several parking options in close proximity to the terminal and free Wi-Fi throughout the facility.  If you are here to pick up a friend, relative, or business associate, a close-in cell phone lot allows you to wait just minutes from the terminal and provides a hassle-free way to pick up your party. There is free Wi-Fi service throughout the terminal so you can check email, flight status or just surf the web from the restaurants, gates, or waiting areas. There are a number of seating stations with electrical outlets to charge up your laptop, cell phones, iPads, or PDA’s at no charge as well. The airport has flight tracking screens strategically located so you can see live radar feed of all flights arriving and departing SRQ so that you know exactly where your flight is, whether picking someone up or waiting to depart.

The airport is rolling out some new customer amenities as well. There is a new mobile website available that contains the critical information you need including airport schedules, flight status, live radar tracking, dining and shopping services, as well as other airport information right from your smartphone. You can also follow us on Facebook to learn what is happening at the airport or to receive special offers from our airline partners. We will continue our efforts to improve customer convenience and make your experience as hassle-free as possible.
