November 1, 2022 Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the chief administrator of the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority (SMAA) and the chief administrator of the City of Sarasota, together with appropriate personnel from each of those entities, shall conduct an assessment meeting to discuss issues associated with the SMAA’s initiation of conflict resolution in accordance with Ch. 164, F.S., pertaining to the City’s adoption of Ordinance No. 22-5425 approving Comprehensive Plan Application No. 21-PA-01; and the City’s proposed adoption of Ordinance No. 22-5428, pertaining to Rezone Application No. 11-RE-02; and Site Plan Application No. 22-SP-04, all relating to the Aventon Sarasota’s proposed multi-family development at 5400 Old Bradenton Road. The meeting is to be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at the Dan P. McClure Auditorium in the terminal building, 6000 Airport Circle, Sarasota, Florida. The public is welcome to attend.
