Covid-19: What to Expect at the Airport
SRQ has taken steps to fight the spread of COVID-19
Companies wishing to operate taxi, limousine, van-shuttle, courtesy vehicle, or baggage service at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport must obtain a Ground Transportation Permit. The permit term is one year effective January 1 through December 31. The application package consists of the Ground Transportation Permit form, Exhibit A - Application, Exhibit B - Sworn Statement on Public Entity Crimes, and Exhibit C – Rules and Regulations. These forms should be completed and returned to the Properties Department along with necessary insurance information.

Scroll down the page to “Ground Transportation”
Click on “Buy Now”
Add the appropriate amount to be charged ($350 per company plus $15 per permit sticker)
Click on “Continue”
In the Description Box add “GT Permit plus (how many stickers you want to purchase)
Add Card Number (Mastercard, Visa or Discover)
Add Expiration Date
Complete Billing Information
Enter Security Code provided
Click on “Pay Now”
You will receive a receipt to print or save
SRQ also receives a copy of the receipt to verify payment
*If you do not wish to pay by credit card, please include a check when mailing your application package to the address above.
Upon review and approval of all necessary documents, typically within seven (7) days, the Properties Department will contact the company owner to schedule a convenient date and time to issue the permit stickers.
