Sarasota-Bradenton, FL (July 11, 2023) – Breeze Airways, the U.S.’ only ‘Nice Low Cost Carrier (NLCC),’ is helping travelers stretch their dollars, their legs and their summer vacation with the debut of its “Stretch it Out” promotion, offering sale fares starting at $74* one way on two routes from Sarasota-Bradenton, for travel between August 9 and August 29, if purchased by July 17.  Breeze is also offering the opportunity to buy a Nicest fare bundle for just $1** more than Nicer, for travel in Ascent so Guests can also stretch out their legs in a roomy, recliner seat with 39 inches of seat pitch.

According to the Transportation Security Administration, summer travel made a major comeback over the July 4th weekend with Friday, June 30 recorded as the busiest day ever for the agency with almost 2.9 million passengers processed at security checkpoints nationwide, beating the previous record on Thanksgiving Sunday 2019. But, just as summer is hitting its stride, many Americans state that rising costs are putting a damper on travel plans.

Along with the sale fares, Breeze is offering its Nicest bundle for just $1** more than Nicer. This promotion is on all Breeze routes utilizing the Airbus A220-300 aircraft, for travel through January 9, 2024, if purchased by July 13, 2023.

Breeze flies both regional and transcontinental flights within the U.S. on a fleet of Embraer 190/195 and Airbus A220-300 aircraft. The carrier has ordered 80 A220s, with options for 40 more.  

The airline offers its Guests both bundled and a la carte options known as Nice, Nicer and, on flights operated with the Airbus A220, Nicest. The Nicest bundle includes Breeze Ascent, featuring a spacious recliner seat, two checked bags, and complimentary snacks and beverages, including alcohol.  

Seat pitch for a Standard Economy seat is 30 inches on the A220s and 31 inches on the E-195s, while seat pitch for Extra Legroom is 32 inches on the A220s and between 34 and 39 inches on the E-195s, depending on the row selected. Ascent features 39 inches of seat pitch, 20.5 inches of seat width, and special features including a footrest for added comfort, and in-seat AC power and USB/C ports.
